Meta ads for a showroom opening: what we ran, step by step

This is the plan we used for the opening of Aai Shree Khodiyar Jewellers in Vyara. You can use the same steps for an opening, a new collection or a festival offer.

1. Content first

We shot a brand film, a teaser and campaign photos before any ad went live. Good ads need good material.

2. "Coming soon" ads

A few days before the opening, we ran two kinds of ads in the area around the showroom: one to reach as many local people as possible, and one to bring them to the Instagram profile.

3. Many versions, keep the winners

We ran several versions of each ad. Meta quickly shows which ones work. We keep those and switch off the rest.

4. Switch the message on opening day

Once the showroom opens, "coming soon" ads should stop. New ads say "now open" with the offer, so people know they can visit today.

5. Measure the walk-ins

Profile visits are not sales. Ask every customer how they heard about you, or use an offer code from the ad, so you know what the ads really bring.

6. Keep the budget in check

Add up the daily budget of every running ad set at least once a week. Small budgets across many ad sets add up fast.
